On 13 October 2026, Chrome announced experimental CrUX measurements that include navigation inside single-page applications. These transitions update content and the URL without loading an entirely new HTML document.
Experimental versions of LCP, INP and CLS combine these transitions with conventional page loads. They are available through CrUX datasets and APIs. Existing stable Core Web Vitals scores remain unchanged while the experimental measurements are evaluated.
